Hello all, how can I achieve this color ? (I use wilton fondant) I am not sure if I should purchase Wilton's blue fondant and add white fondant or try to achieve the color through mixing food colors. I worry that I will add too much color and begin to break down the fondant. What would you guys recommend.

Thanks in advance!

I've been away from actively decorating for so long noew I'm not sure if there are any new shades availab le.  I would try whatever you have in a small quantity until you get the desired shade -- keep close tabs on what/how much you use to you can duplicate it.    Don't forget usually when adding larger amounts of coloring it further developes color as much as 24 hrs later.  Then I think I remember that fondant color dries 1 shade lighter after it is on a cake - not sure if I'm remembering that right.
