Hello!

I have an order for Saturday and  wondering if I can bake it, cut and level layers, then freeze it, frost it, freeze it again and then decorate and in the fridge on Friday until Saturday? Does this make sense?? It is just with buttercream. Can anyone give some advice on what you would do and how you would freeze I.e wrapping and defrosting ect. Thanks! This is my first customer order that is not a relative or friend! :)

I would not dbl fz.  I would bake; cut; level; fill; crumb coat then fz.   As for how to prepare for fzing: after it is crumb'd wrap in plastic - a bag or dbl wrap in plastic wrap, OR box, enclose in plastic then fz.  To defrost just remove to counter night before - or early in am; leave wrapped until room temp.
