Iam a beginner at cake business and i do it from home. My client wanted a 3 tiered sweet 16 birthday cake for 50 people. Iam planning to go for 9inch,7inch&5inch.

will it be enough for 50 serving or less? pls help!

 I don't remember the exact #s but I think a 9"  serves about 35 so a 7 would probably give you 25 and the 5" maybe 12.  IF and that's a BIG IF, they follow the cutting chart giving the industry size serving of 1x2x4.
