Please help.

My daughters birthday on Sunday 12th November. I have 2 birthday cakes to be ready on for Sunday to have with different groups, however Saturday I am out all day at her party..... and Friday I have the kids at home to make things difficult!

Im thinking to bake the cakes this weekend and freeze. Then ideally I’d like to buttercream and fondant on Thursday 9th - or is that too early?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

It will work.  Just be aware that any leftover cake may not be fresh for more than 1 more day.
