I know there have been threads on this topic in the past, but many are at least 7 years old, if not older.

Can anyone tell me what they currently charge for a doll cake (the kind made with a wonder mold pan), and if they also add another cake on the bottom of this and what size?

Im thinking $45 is minimum for a simple buttercream one and maybe $55 for one with a mix of fondant and buttercream for the dress.

Any advice would be helpful.

If using the Wilton doll skirt pan (aka: WonderMold) I'd guess somewhere closer to $65-$75.  Of course it depends a lot on where you are located and all those other factors that figure into pricing.
