Is it covering cakes with fondant?
Straight sides when masking?
Finding the perfect ingredients and/or tools in your area?
Pricing?

Let me know! I'm interested to hear what you all have to say about this :)

Thanks!

For me its people who think 3D cakes can be made in a couple of hours and want to pay Walmart/Costco prices.  No.  It takes days to make custom made cakes.  There are so many factors involved in baking: cost of ingredients, weight and measurement, making fondant, etc.

They watch 30 minute shows and think no sweat! I can get this cake for dirt cheap.  No, again.  A lot of hours of labor go into the craft.  Now its what I love and I really enjoy it but people should respect your time and talent.  I don't think its mean to say if you want Walmart prices, then go to Walmart.
