Anyone have a favorite recipe to use with the Wilton sports pan? The recipes I've used in the past haven't cooked properly (uncooked in the center, etc). Any tips welcome!!

That pan is a problem :(  It takes a lot longer than normal cakes that size.   Are you using a flower nail in the center to help conduct more heat in that area?
