There are all kinds of extracts available.  Using some (candy?) flavoring it should be very possible.

I have done Kara's flavored fondants. They taste great and are the colors of the fruit-very pretty.

I have heard about people adding favored jello powder to mmf. I have never tried it though.

As @kakeladi ‍ said, LorAnn Oils, used mostly for candy, work great and come in just about every flavor under the sun.  I use them all the time.

Jello powder was mentioned.  I have used KoolAid in b'cream many times and it workes great.  Never thought of jello.......:)
