Pink and white tiers with the ears? If this way its an 8'inch on bottom and a 6'inch ontop. I would do 2 4'inch cutouts for the ears.
I think it looks way better with even numbers, when people are using 9inch and 11inch pans it looks off, plus you do not get that many more servings with those sizes.
