Pricinghello all..... started decorating cake just 1 year back. Recently I increased my price. I charged 75 € for the cake in picture. Client has no issues with the price but I am feeling as if I have over charged her. The cake will feed 25 people. It's a chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream filling and frosted with chocolate ganache. So my question is how much should I have charged ?

I have no idea that your price translates into US $ so can't help.  For that size you probably should be charging $4 or$5 per servings.  There is sooooo much that goes into coming up w/a price that it is difficult to tell you.  How much did the ingredients - including boards, boxes and everything cost?  How long did it take you to make?  What type of area do you live in - rural, small town, big city, high cost of living  etc?  All that and much more goes into coming up with a price.

It is a lovely cake.  If your client didn't question your price, then it is surely not too high.  Check some of your local bakeries and see what they are charging.
