How do you store a buttercream frosted cake that have a good amount of fondant accents to keep the buttercream firm and the fondant from sweating?

I usually left them at room temp but they can be stored in a frig.  Best to box them and when they are removed DO NOT open the box for at least an hour and if there is any sweating, DO NOT touch it until it has evaporated.

Thank you for the tip!  I think boxing it in fridge is a great idea to keep the moisture out actually!  Thank you!

I always store my cakes, buttercream and fondant, in the fridge.  Never had a problem.  Just don't touch it until it's room temp or you'll leave fingerprints.
