How Much Should I Charge For Unicorn Cupcakes?

I just received an order for Unicorn cupcakes. I usually only work with buttercream but will need to use fondant for the ears and horns and I don't know how long it will take to make them. What do you think is a fair price per dozen (I'm in Arizona)?  Something like the pic (photo by Cupcake Jemma).

From what I have heard most places across the US are charging around $3 per cuppie.  With the addition of fondant horn I would say you would not be out of line to charge $4 each.
