Hi evening everyone, I want to go to a cake fair that is being held for 3 days but I could only go 1 day. Which day is the best day to go?
If you are talking about the ICES convention I suggest the 2nd day.
If you have an itinerary(sp?) of what is being offered.........choose what you want to see/learn. If it's just a show of cakes w/o classes or demonstrations I still suggest the 2nd day.
