Almond Milk For Baking?

Can I use almond milk as the liquid when baking? Has anyone done this with sucess?

I have used it in a few recipes w/o any problem.  It is going to depend on what it is you are making.  A few recipes rely on/need the fat content of 'real milk' so you really are going to need to be prepared for some disappointment.

Almond milk is a good substitute, I've used it numerous times to replace dairy milk.
