Is this a rose and what tip/how do you do it?  I'm talking about the pink flowers in this picture.  TIA

Rosette. 1M tip. Starting with the tip in the center, squeeze the bag, and go around, stop pressure, release. If that makes sense. Google how to make rosettes.

Though most often they are made w/tip M1, *any* star tip can be used.  I dare say the ones on the long dress cookies is done w/a smaller star tip.

Probably open would be best.
