I need to bake a full sheet cake and all the info that I can find only covers putting two half sheets together. I actually have a commercial oven at home and a full sheet pan. I am getting conflicting info. One place says to use 52 cups of batter, which should equate to about ten boxes of cake. One place says four cake mixes or a five pound cake mix. Unsure of bake temp and time. Has anyone actually baked a full sheet?

Of  course it depends on what size you are calling a 'full sheet'.  One way to measure any cake pan is to fill it w/water to the level one would use for baking then measure that as you empty out  the pan. Based on the 12x18x2 sheet pans I used which took 2 1/2 or 3 mixes My guess is you are going to need   5 or 6  cake mixes,    As for bake temp - I always bake at 300 degrees for the 1st 1/2 then turn the temp up to 325 for about an equal time.  That size pan should take about 30-45 minutes at each temp.   It is going to depend a lot on your oven.  Even though I had a commercial oven I prefered to bake 2 half sheets instead of a full sheet.  It was just much easier to handle.
