A few suggestions: Just a tiny drop of brown food paste w/an even smaller amount of pink. Use a toothpick very lightly pushed into the color so you don't get too much color. Use a 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder and maybe a tiny hint of pink (mixed into a full batch of icing using 2#s of sugar).
complete agreement w/ the illustrious ms. kakeladi -- also mix your colorations into a tablespoon of icing then mix in as much of that as you need --
and i'd call that a beige -- the color 'nude' can be a wide variety of colors of course --
