I haven't made many cakes since the new small sized but I have made a few & some cupcakes.   Have not had a problem using my WASC recipe.   Can't remember keeping them more than 1 or 2 days  - don't  know if that info helps.  Most likely you are going to have to try it out yourself.   If you do p,lease inform us.....we all need to help one another :)
