I have looked thru my tutorials and books.  Unfortunately I could not find anything for you.

Bit late but just saw this thread.  You could try Alan Dunn as he is fantastic when it comes to flowers or maybe Nicholas Lodge maybe able to help.  Either one they are the experts.
