I just realized something.......I made a buttercream  frosting with eggwhites. A recipe I have NEVER used before because I'm making a carved car cake. ..I used the liquid ones in the carton....it was just egg whites, powdered sugar and butter.... the cake is almost completely  decorated just need to add the fondant.....am I going to have to worry about people get sick cause I used the egg whites........please I hope someone can answer

Depends on your standpoint of using raw eggs. I personally think that if your eggs come from a reputable source it is perfectly safe to eat raw eggs. If you are really worried check to see if your carton eggs are pasteurized already. If they are then you probably have no risk of getting anyone sick. Again this is just my opinion and I know there are many people who don't feel comfortable using raw eggs.

Eggs from the carton are usually pasteurized, so you should be fine.

Thank you, and yes they say pasteurized  in really small print on side of the carton....it's a new day and not so stressed, relaxed got some sleep, it's going to be a great day....thank you
