Opinion For Car WindowsJust wondering  what your thoughts would be for making my car windows....I'm using molding chocolate, but can't  decide what direction  to go to get the windows  a dark smokey  color? Here's the picture  of my sons car I'm  making for his surprise birthday party.....thank you

It's been years since I have done anything like that so don't kn ow if there is any new product(s) out there.  What I did was use wafer paper w/a very , very light coating of piping gel.    On another project I made a stained glass window.......covered a very thin piece of fondant w/a rather thick coating of colored piping gel and let it dry for several weeks so I could stand it up.   Don't know if either of those ideas will help you any.

In another post w/a similar theme this was suggested:

........ could you use gelatin instead to make the 'glass'? If you do use gelatin then go with the sheets as they are clearer than the powder........
