I was wondering how I go about making a big cookie. I was wanting to make one for my mother in laws b-day. I bought premade choc. chip cookie dough. Has anyone used this. Do I use one or two? Spray the pan? Any info would be appreciated.

I have a 12 in (I think) circle pizza pan that I was going to make it in.
