I did my first to Paid cakes this week - very exciting!! I did a retirement cake and a Barbie cake. They both went over very well but when I was delivering the Barbie cake the little girl took one look at it and then came over and gave me a huge hug - she was just so sweet!! That just made my day and all that hard work worth it!

Congratulations! Those are very neat! The detail on both is great.

I love the compliments that are a hug or a smile for a child. Those make it all worth while.

These are you first paid cakes? You look like a pro! Very nice job on both of them.....I hope your orders roll in because of them.....btw...I have the same kitchen cabinets as you!

Sunlover the black is also buttercream - I really hate making black - but had to for this cake!
