Is there a secret to upload my pics to my images? It keeps saying i havent uploaded them when i have.

I was wondering that too. I can't upload anything either. I don't have an Internet connection; only my cell phone hotspot. I've uploaded a few hundred of photos to the printing company I use to print photos. Yet when I try to add a photo to this site, nothing happens, then it crashes.
