Hello everyone, I have signed up for few country fairs/ shows this year, I have been in touch with the organisers and been told that they have average of 10.000 to 12.000 people through the gates. I am planning to offer brownies, muffins and tray bake  stile cake.

My question is, how much should I bake to take with me?

Thank you very much for any advice.

Lucy

Most organisers inflate their attendance figures.  And I have found (in my area) that most people attending fairs etc don't buy baked goods unless they eat it right then and there.   For the 1st one or two I'd probably take something like 1 to 2K each.  Don't know what 'tray bake stile cake' means so not sure what to suggest on that.

I guess if you sell out early you get to go home and bake somemore for the next day! :)
