1) Cherry Jello Cake
1 pkg white cake mix 1 Cup boiling water 1 pkg cherry gelatin
2/3 Cup salad oil 3 whole large eggs
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water completely. Cool in frig 30-45 minutes. Mix and beat all ingredients 3-4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake at 325 degrees F until tests done - can take up to 60 minutes.
2) Another Cherry Cake
1 pkg white cake mix 2 whole large eggs 3Tablespoons a.p. flour
2/3 cup salad oil 3 oz. pkg cherry jello 1 Cup Cherry Pie filling
1/2 cup water
Mix dry jello with cake mix and flour. Place remaining ingredients in mixer bowl then add the cake mix mixture. Beat on medium speed 2-3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake at 325 degrees F. until tests done - about 30 minutes.
3) Maraschino Cherry Cake:
1 pkg white cake mix 1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
2 whole large eggs 1 cup water mixed with 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, (optional) 1/2 cup mini choco chips (optional)
If using nuts and chips , mix with dry cake mix. Place 'wet' ingredients in mixer bowl; add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Pour into parpared pan(s) and bake at 325 degrees F 30 minutes, until it tests done as you would for any other cake :)
