Does anyone have a cutting chart for a 15 inch round wedding tier for 90 servings or so? All I can find are 14 and 16. I would prefer the square cuts versus the round method, but will take either one, the day is getting close and I need to put something together for the bride. Thanks.

Just use the chart for a 14"  because after cooling your 15" will actually be 14" .  Round or square,  just treat any cake tier the same - come in 2" from the edge and cut the whole slice (the entier length of the tier - in this case 15"), then cut that into 1" slices.    If the tier is round yes, the edge pieces will not be exactly 1x2 but there are always some who want 'that smaller piece '  and the difference is soooo slight most people won't even notice.  I wouldn't sweat it.
