I'm making a yellow cake covered in semisweet chocolate ganache  I was thinking about doing a chocolate raspberry whipped ganache filling, but I can't decide between white and semisweet chocolate  I'm wondering if semisweet will be too much of the same, but will white chocolate go well with a semisweet outer covering. Which would you choose?

The raspberry whipped white chocolate sounds delicious with semisweet chocolate ganache. I see you posted 21 hours ago so which did you make and how did it turn out?

I haven't made it yet. It's for an early December birthday but I'm pre-planning!
