Hello,
I'm a home baker. Recently I received a customer's email saying that she want to order a cake for someone. This is ok as I get this sometimes. However, when she asked me about the payment method, I told her I accept credit cards and cash only. Then she asked which CC processor I use, and I said Square. She convince me to use www.payanywhere.com which brings me attention. I told her I'm not gotta use www.payanywhere.com & the only method will be cash. She then ask if I accept money order & credit card (again). I told her I accept both, and again, she asked me to join www.payanywhere.com. I refused. And now, she said money order is good but she wanna add an extra $2000 to the total cost (her original order was only $100). This is really weird. Any of you have this experience before? Maybe I should just turn down her order?

Yes, it's a spam. It's been discussed on here many times. We'll tag @costumeczar If she see's this , she would love to deal with her for ya :)
Sounds like a similar scam my dil got off of a ad she placed on Craigslist. Buyer sent a check for 3500. for a swing set she was asking only 350. Buyer told her to go ahead and cash, and send them the difference back. Fortunately my son stopped her, before she did. When in doubt lean towards the safe side.
