I was colouring some flower paste royal blue today. I now have hands that are blue! Not quite like a smurf, but not great either

LizinLondon ... Don't feel bad.  I look like I got into a fight with a grape.  I have purple hands.  Gotta force myself to start using gloves when coloring fondant. lol smile.png

rub your hands well with toothpaste:)

OR shampoo your hair

those ideas worked for me - removed 99% of the color when it was really bad - 100% most of the time.

The washing your hair idea is kinda scary---what if you had blue hair?

This is so funny ... I had Cookie Monster blue hands on Saturday.  It was gone by the time I washed all the bowls filled with blue buttercream and ganache.  I guess it had more of an effect on me than I realized because last night I dreamed about lady Gaga dying her face that same color of blue - weird.
