I'm doing a wedding cake it's 5 tier. 3 tiers are fake and there at the bottom and the two top ones are real. My question is would you stack the real cake on the dummies when u deliver them or stack them all and deliver them all done? Wasn't sure if stack the real cakes on top of  the dummie ones it would be top heavy? Any help would be great Thank-you

I would say it depends on how easy it is for you to stack on site without causing damage to the cakes...like fingers or smashes..etc.   personally I would do at home, get really cold, and hightail it to the venue.  But thats me...I hate trying to fix stuff.

good luck
