Hello! Does anyone know how much icing a batch of Bunnywoma's icing yields? I need to ice a 2-layer cake (10in rounds) and I'm not sure if I need to make a double batch. Thanks!

what does the recipe look like?

when in doubt i usually make too much -- i hate running out of something -- it kills my momentum to stop and have to m ake something extra -- gah -- you can freeze the extra -- but a typical recipe will cover an 8 or a 10 inch so...maybe/maybe not -- if you are making decorations also then make one and a half or two batches

Freezing the excess is a good idea. I also hate stopping to make more once I get started decorating. Thanks!
