I've seen some very simple and plain cakes in the favorite section. And when I say simple, I really mean it! And I have seen gorgeous works that don't figure in that section. How does it work? What's the selection criteria?

idk but i think they have to be 'liked' enough times and maybe you've seen some that haven't been on the feed long enough? i'm not really sure -- i'm not one to peruse the pictures very regularly -- when something catches my hearts's eye i will comment

Sometimes they don't have any like and they  are listed in favorites. I think it is for the views. But I don't really understand

i don't either :) but you do beautiful work and your work should be favorited -- some of them are my favorites
