So I had leftover batter and cream cheese icing so I made cupcakes and told my mom the icing was in the fridge and to help herself.
I had a little butter left over after making my buttercream from the second cake so I threw it on a plate on the counter for sandwiches and stuff.
Hours later
mom: what is that?
Me: Butter, why?
Mom: oh I just thought you made a bad batch of icing
Poor thing you should have seen her face! Lol I'm still laughing :-)
Note to self: plain butter on a cupcake, no good lol
I like butter on muffins too but not on a cupcake, that would be gross
butter is welcomed on a hot muffin but the only way I like butter on a cupcake is if it's in a glaze :)
