There are lots of online bakery supply shops that sell stuff like that. In the past I've seen them on Party Train Cake Supplies and Heaven's Sweetness Shop, or try Etsy.
What exactly do you mean by "template"? Are you wanting a pattern to carve the shape by, or to make the little LV and geometric print shape? If you want cutters for the LV and shapes, I belive I save them on JBCutters.com. If you want a pattern to print as an edible image to bind to your icing, you can search google images for "LV Wallpater" to find large images of the pattern.
