Transporting Cake With Imbc

I will be transporting a cake decorated with IMBC it will be in the car about 6-7 hours in transit in May. Any ideas about keeping this stable?

Help please.

IMBC can be left out of the refrigerator for a couple of days, so 6-7 hours should be okay

Thanks for your reply. I may keep a bag of ice near anyway if warm.

If you keep it in a box it's best as it keeps the cake cool for longer if it was in the fridge before. Switch the ac on full blast and you should be fine.

Definitely have it refrigerated overnight before you travel with it, keep it in a box, and you might want to get some dry ice and attach it to the inside of the box. Or put a 12" box inside a 14" box (or whatever size you need ti to be) and put the dry ice in the gap. And do what @julia1812 ‍ says and blast that A/C!!!
