Going to try doing chocolate decorations using strips and decorated in layers of white, light and dark chocolate.  Tutorials mostly show acetate for making the strips. Any ideas as to what type or thickness?  Would this be comparable to acetate sleeves used for paper pages? Would i just purchase at Michaels?
