I'm trying to make a baby bump cake for my sister in law. I saw one on YouTube but the bowl I haven't doesn't look like hers do you think this bowl will work fine for the bump part? Or should I buy a new one?

[postimage id="3453" thumb="900"]I I did a baby belly cake.....as long as the aluminum bowl you use for the belly and the decolletage are in proportion you should have no problem :)...also remember that the belly bowl takes a bit of batter  I used rose nails in the deepest part of the bowl to ensure that the center baked properly.....here was mine ....good luck!! :)

Rose nails are used by cake decorators to pipe roses...here is a picture...

it allows the oven's heat to distribute evenly through the batter while baking....
