Hello everyone! I am working on my very first wedding and had a question about the groom's cake. For a sheet cake (will be decorated in a house-divided theme) how many layers do you normally do? The wedding cake tiers will be the typical two torted 2-inch layers, so a final result of a 4-inch tier with 4 layers of cake. Should I do the same thing for the groom's cake or do you have any other suggestions?

I generally always made all wedding cakes the same height per tier.  Otherwise people think they're not getting enough.
