Hi, im new to cake decorating and have been loving it, im teaching myself and im doing really well i just have a question about using sheet cakes, my uncle has asked me to make him a cake for his 50th and im going to make a land rover cake, my question is, do i make the land rover cake and a cake to put it on or make a sheet cake to use? Its a jaffa mud cake but im not to sure if that will be to heavy to put ontop of another cake, thanks

As long as everything is dowelled to support the weight if it needs to be supported it will work either way.
