I have client who's looking for mini cupcakes with hard frosting/icing. According to her, she ordered it before is some other place and it's very delicious but she does not know what it was.

All I can think of is royal icing or those sugar icing for cookies. Any ideas what could she have eaten? The event is for her toddler grandchild birthday.
