Hi all. I have a disaster on hand. I made my never fail go to chocolate recipe, tasty, moist and well received always.
I used a new spring form tin, purchased cheaply in desperation as i left this too late.
I just checked it and half the cake had dripped onto the floor of the oven. The weight of the batter has pushed the base of the tin out of the wall.
My fondant figures are done and waiting but no cake to build. I am short on time, out of chocolate and desperate for a quick replacement recipe. Do you have a quick cake recipe?
