I ordered the 48 colour petal dust pallet back in March 2015 and they never shipped the product.  After months of trying to contact them to track down my product, I was told that I had to pay an additional shipping fee (because I live in Canada) and that the product was never shipped because of this.  What!?  I was not contacted or anything so I asked to cancel the order and refund me.  They NEVER did refund me (8 months later)  and to this day, never shipped  the product either.   

I placed a complaint with the BBB but Petal Crafts would not return there messages and the BBB closed the complaint because of this.

I noticed they have closed there store and only sell online now.   Is this company legit?  I am wondering if anyone else has encountered any similar problems with this company?
