Does anyone have a good idea for a cancer themed cake. The event is a fundraising auction titled " Raise Hands Against Cancer." The individual who wants the cake, indicates she wants the cake to be inspired by the Fall season ( color scheme ). I don't have any problems creating an Fall  theme but i'm wrecking my brain trying to tie in the " Raise Hands Against Cancer" design. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

what about a bunch of hands on the ends of arms stuck all over the cake and fall colored leaves being scattered from them -- my first thought as i was still reading was to have tons of little hairless heads with pink cheeks, really simple dot eyes and big smiles placed all over the cake -- in fact the heads could be peaking out from under some of the leaf piles -- and should be all different shades of skin

just a brainstorm type idea
