Hi there...I need help my fellow bakers....I have a huge wedding cake due this weekend....client wants cream cheese frosting and red velvet cake.....I need an excellent recipe for both....I will be traveling 2+ hours with this....so any and all advice help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated!!! TIA!!

Designmeacake.com has a crusting cream cheese recipe. I've never tried it but I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. Her other recipes on her site are great so I'm hoping this one will be also.
