Cake Pricing Help!

I'm making a 4 tier buttercream wedding cake each tier with a different filling and flavor I was thinking $500 is that a fair price or am I under charging I'd hate to seek myself short :/ help

i mean you could be making a 9x7x5x3 or an 18x14x10x6 big difference in price -- so what size are your tiers -- how many servings are you making -- just regular decor? how far is the delivery -- what about tax?

$500 is a fierce price for the first cake but devastating for the second

need more information, please

Well, well...I just listed my e-class about how to price your cakes in my Etsy shop. And even I can't tell you how much to charge, because there are way too many factors to consider. You have to figure it out yourself, but the example I used for a 150 serving cake came to something like $740, and I'd charge about $750.
