Hi all, I've been looking to acquire a commercial grade mixer and had been looking for Hobart models. I came across one today for an Eckert brand, and it's at a reasonable price. I haven't had any experience with the brand, and I'm finding it hard to see any reviews for their equipment online. Anyone have any feedback they can offer?

looks good to me especially if it's been used to make pizza dough -- making cake & icing will be a breeze and you won't have to worry about cookie dough either -- but i have no first hand knowledge about this brand --
