Hi everyone I need help!

ive just started baking and making cakes. I'm 18 im making a cake for me my brother and my sister for our birthdays !


i have froze my cake. Can I carve it now( I'm making a flower pot cake) the party will start tomorrow 4pm I have classes in the morning until 3pm. What should I do???

Not sure if you are asking if you can carve it while it is frozen or just asking if you can carve it now or do the whole cake now. But the answer is yes to all questions.

After you carve it, make sure you wrap it really well so it doesn't dry out. Or crumb coat it and wrap it. Personally, i would carve, wrap and let it defrost before crumbcoating and icing it. But you can do all of this ahead of time and box it and refrigerate if necessary.

And also can I put the fondant an leave it on the bench until tomorrow 4pm. It's winter here by the way!
