My Cake Bible book just got delivered and I am super excited to start trying out the recipes!!! What are your most favorite or go to recipes in the book? Happy baking all!:)
When I first started baking I used the recipes at the back to scale white, yellow, and chocolate cakes (under the wedding cake section). I love dense cake with a tight crumb and that's what hers are, however, some folks thought her recipes resulted in dry cakes (not me!). I love all the butter cakes and her neoclassic buttercream is the best - very easy to make! Her variations were great too, that is my go to raspberry puree.
