Article About A Complaint About An "inappropriate Teddy Bear"...

What are folks takes on this article? I found it rather amusing, but then I'm not a business owner.
Funny, I can see it too.... BUT, the most important part... a manager came back after closing to get her edible flowers to "cover" the crotch. A reasonable solution, I believe. The stupid Mom said she couldn't figure out how to stick them in (I assume they were on wires). Come on
Not every minor flaw in life requires a full refund and "do over". <sigh>. The bakery made reasonable accommodation and they are off the hook. Crazy people on both sides of the "pond", I see....
Nah, I'm siding with the bakery here. A friend sent me the image first on FB and asked me if I could see why someone was complaining. I looked at it for about 15 minutes trying to see what was offending people and had to ask for the answer. It's a teddy bear, it's for a christening, it;s clearly not meant to be what she thinks it is!
I wouldn't refund based on what someone is inferring from their own interpretation.
Also, if the bakery went out of her way to cover it up for her, why did she still refuse to serve it and ask for a refund?? Crazy people are everywhere, I guess :)
I can see it, they should have extended the seam all the way up, or put an oval patch on the belly like the drawing gscout73 posted. It was just badly designed. But to complain about it like it was done to make the teddy bear porn-y is stupid.
